By purchasing or using a QR code from this site you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
What you buy
A $1 purchase creates one dynamic QR code, allows unlimited scans, and includes one year of destination editing from the date of purchase. Renewing editing for $1 adds a further year. Lifetime editing for $5 unlocks editing for that individual QR code without a further renewal.
Editing versus redirecting
Redirecting and editing are separate. When an editing period ends the QR code continues to redirect to its last saved destination; only the ability to change that destination stops until you renew or unlock lifetime editing.
"Never expires" and "lifetime"
We intend to keep every QR code redirecting for as long as we operate the service. “Never expires” and “lifetime” mean that we do not impose a time limit or renewal requirement on redirection or on unlocked editing. They are commitments tied to the operational life of the service and cannot be a guarantee of perpetual operation. If we ever have to discontinue the service we will give reasonable advance notice by email to the address on file so that you can replace printed codes.
Acceptable use
You may not point a QR code at content that is unlawful, deceptive, malicious, phishing, malware-hosting, or that infringes another person’s rights. We may disable a QR code that violates this section, or that we are legally required to disable, without refund.
Your content
You are responsible for the destination URL and any logo you upload, and you confirm you have the rights to use them.
Refunds
Because a QR code is generated and usable immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep redirects fast and available but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim relating to a QR code is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
